About Our Client
Our client is a reputable and fast growing forestry & wood company with head office in Hong Kong.
In charge of the daily operation in the office and the plant in the Yichun site.
Act as the bridge between the Chinese and Hong Kong investors, communicating on business process, strategic development and bringing the mutual agreement in significant affairs, etc.
Manage and improve the office policy, process management, vender management and control.
Lead the HR management, including people development, recruitment, training, internal communication, etc.
In charge of the finance control and daily case follow.
Support the Yichuan plant General Manager in daily management affairs.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate is ideally:
Speaks fluent English for daily working report.
Solid experience in back office managementat least 10 years experience in an operation managerial position.
Strong communication skills and rich experience of dealing with government and public affairs.
Good knowledge of Admin, vender management, HR, Finance.
