Developing and implementing national trade sales strategy and distributor strategy.
Define and achieve/ exceed sales objectives,
Manage the overall trade sales budgets.
Build, develop and manage a strong trade sales team.
The Successful Applicant
* At least 10 years' experience in project & channel sales, distributors management and market development, preferably gained from Sanitary or durable consumer products industries
* Bachelor graduated or above with business development knowledge and general marketing/sales concept.
* A competent sales leader with good track record;
* Strong analysis and logical ability; clear quick thinking. Good capability to highlighting complicated problem;
* High business acumen, as well as good business planning, negotiation and express ability.
* Excellence in spoken and written English and skilled PC operator
* Comfortable on frequent business travels across China.
