National Sales Manager

About Our Client
Our client is an European listed conglomerate with competitive and high profit product. Due to the change internally, they are looking for Sales Manager for China region which will be based in Shanghai.
*To drive the China sales team to success, meeting or exceeding booking and revenue targets.
*To manage and maintain the China sales team, ensuring team personnel capability and performance to targets.
*To maintain opportunity pipeline creation and report accurate sales opportunity forecasts. Analysis and control of expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
*Participates in the strategic planning and distributor partnership process.
*Manages the distributor and representative networks to meet or exceed established targets.
*Identifies market opportunities within assigned regional sales territory.
*Identifies competitor strengths, weaknesses, and overall market position.
*Provides input on product research and development.
*To act ethically and with integrity in accordance with the Company's guidelines and procedures.
*To prepare and support tenders, quotation preparation and delivery to customers.
*Working with the Technical Sales Manager and Product Management, to ensure that the local sales teams have product sales collateral, training and updates where necessary and support preparation for regional marketing strategies.
*To support exhibitions, marketing campaigns, conferences in the region.
*To coordinate customer relationships and problem areas with local and regional customer service and support teams.
The Successful Applicant
*Acts ethically and with high-integrity.
*Essential fluent written and oral English.
*Minimum four-year technical degree in Engineering, Physics, or related discipline, plus 5+ years' progressive sales experience in a capital goods equipment market
*Preference for experience in vibration technology or shaker related markets.
*Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Self-motivated, driven to succeed. Analytical, creative, out-of-the-box thinker.
*Willing to regularly travel and can do this to Europe when necessary
*Fluent use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint products
*Proven successful target and result focus.
*Ability to communicate product application information to customers of varying technical skill levels.
*Experience in managing teams, multiple customers, sales opportunities and the ability to balance diverse projects.
