For the detail of the job, it can be divided into the following parts.:
1. Develop & execute Local Sales Plan in line with BU Strategies (short, mid & long term) and tactics to capture Customers. Implement Price and Market Strategies according to SU frame managing consistency across channels and customers in the country.
2. Forecast, plan & execute of Sales, and drive Sales Teams to achieve BU Sales Targets. Active business development in improving the Sales at Key accounts.
3. Develop new prospective customers to acquire new growth points; Manage to maintain good and long-term relationship with current customer; Deepen knowledge of the key competitors in business and to understand their strengths and weaknesses.
4. Lead and coach Sales Teams in selling skills, project management and customer/channel management. Forecast and Plan for resources requirements and facilitate Sales Personnel Performance Reviews.
5. To achieve financial objectives, be in cooperation with internal Sales Teams and Finance Department to keep payment of contract are returned in accordance with required conditions.

The success candidate also need to have to be very organized and also great communication skills internally and also externally to build up the trust with employees and also clients.
Proved Sales experience is also important for a National sales manager role, however the leadership skills for more than 10 ppl is also critical for this role.
