My client is a top global House-ware consumer durable company, with their global headquarter located in German.
they are top 3 in this house-ware product world-widely.
1. Develop and continually improve onine business model
2. manage and improve online sales team
3. Develop online sales and partner TP Agency, online dealer, direct JD.com and Amazon sales partner
4. Develop and improve online process and management, the successful design online campaign like 618, 11/11 etc.
5. Drive online sales business in short term and long term
6. Develop China online strategy
The Successful Applicant
1. Ability to develop and improve ecommerce process business model, ability to contracture thinking and business acumen for online strategy development and improvement
2. TAOBAO and TMALL experience and understanding MUST, JD.COM, Suning, and Amazon's know how and skill will be nice to have
3. experience of working in a multinational company, ideally in B2C product/ FMCG, used to work aligned with off-line sales/ traditional sales , by reporting to Sales head, experience of people manager
4. He / she can be from FMCG, consumer durables, companies, with total of 8 years experience, and +4 years on E-commerce as leader role
5. by Reporting to Chinese boss, capability of reading English is acceptable.
