You will raise StartApp's brand awareness in china, deepen the relationships with our clients and leverage our products to drive ROI, define the product needs for the Chinese clients, plan the strategy for StartApp's operation in China, grow and oversee the growing team in the Beijing office.
*Build and manage the Beijing office including the existing team, recruiting and mentoring necessary functions (business and admin)
*Manage the marketing activities including PR, communication, and StartApp's events.
*Understand and define the unique business and product needs of the Chinese partners
*Be responsible for client relations and leverage our products to drive ROI for our initiatives in China.
*Be accountable for achieving our goals
*Work closely with the different departments in Startapp in order to reach the company's goals
The Successful Applicant
*5+ years of experience in a client facing and management role.
*Analytical skills and deep understanding of performance marketing
*Experience in managing a Chinese team - big advantage
*Deep understanding of the Chinese market and mobile /online advertising business and advantage
*Experience in forming new operations from ground up - an advantage
*Availability to travel, domestically and internationally.
*University degree. Preferably a MBA from an outstanding university.
*Fluent Chinese and English, other languages a plus.
