About Our Client
Our client is a Leading Outdoor Products Retailer, they are now looking to expand their management team focusing on Key accounts management in their Shenzhen office.
As a key Accounts Merchandising Manager - Sportswear, you will be responsible for:
* Manage and lead the Key Accounts merchandising team with the right team structure;
* Milestone check point of the seasonal product development and production status, problem preventing and solving, to ensure we develop and deliver the right product at best prices in the requested timeframe;
* Active approaching buyers for business opportunities;
* Coach, train and guide the seniors and merchandisers in day to day business how to work with customers and suppliers - improve the team performance and competence;
* Drive the regular team meeting (VC/Telco) with customer's PM and sourcing team;
* Active support to the seniors in communication and negotiation with customer and suppliers for all critical matters and follow up, as well internal cross department cooperation;
* Ongoing review and improve cooperation and process with the support from director;
* Develop business plan of each direct customer by season by year and corresponding team planning;
* Budgeting and expense control.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will need to have:
- Experience in handling European + Canada Market;
- Excellent communication skills in both English + Chinese Mandarin;
- Team Management and outgoing personality.
