Brand communication strategy & planning.
Responsibility for all Marketing/Communications activities in China to ensure consistent positioning and appearance of COMPANY'S.
Lead and manager all external agencies - creative, Media, Digital, Social, PR
Responsible in branding and marketing communications budget: Planning, controlling, reporting.
Monitor and effectively utilize set of relevant KPI's (e.g. brand awareness, net promoter score, social media reach, etc.)
*Advertising copy development.
Coordinate with German Headquarter marketing departments: Usage of HQ resources/expertise - feedback /information about local activities.
Support all channel sales head on trade specific marketing- sales support, channel trade marketing, (e.g. roadshows concept, leaflets, promotional collaterals, catalogues etc.)
*Lead the revamp of the CRM effort.
Manage the Consumer after sales service team.
Develop channel pricing guidelines & promotion policies.
Lead new product commercialization across different channels.
Conduct strategic competitor analysis.
Work with Global and Asia Brand Management team on new product innovation.
Retail Brand Advisors brand, product, and sales training.
Trade partner and distributor training.
The Successful Applicant
*10+ years of brand strategy and marketing management experience in leading consumer marketing environment (ideally in foreign fast moving consumer goods companies).
*Successful track record in both strategic and promotional/tactical marketing including supervising advertising and media agencies, as well as leading the strategic planning behind brand, creative and media briefs.
*Extensive experience using market research to fuel breakthrough creative and business results by identifying key consumer insights and trends, as well as reviewing competitive activity to identify brand and business differentiators.
*Passion and empathy for consumers; insatiable desire to surprise and delight them.
*Excellent communication skills (Chinese, English). Possesses a compelling communication style and can effectively reach and influence both large and small audiences.
*Highly organized and a strong team leader to build, motivate and coach the marketing team.
*Flexible, self-motivated, structured working organization, hands on mentality but able to work strategically.
