Recently, it developed into a synonym for complete systems designed to handle any fluid filling and transfer job.
Is responsible for the routine and daily operation of Lutz's business for China and regional Asia.
2. Instill and promote company culture throughout each department through transparent communication, selective hiring, and daily management.
3. Helps to create and manage relative policies and systems. And ensure all systems and processes follow all local standards and regulations.
4. Set the yearly department budget and control yearly expenses accordingly4. Manages all manufacturing, logistics, marketing, sales , service, HR and Finance work.
5. Plans, sets and manages strategies, targets; as well as executing and delivering business objectives.
6. Ensures goals are achieved through the effective placement and motivation of staff and resources management.
7. Plan, direct, and coordinate the work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications.
8. Prepares and implements onward business plans for each business area, and prepares remedial plans where necessary.
9. Manages working relationship with customers, agents, the sales team, supplier and all internal departments.
10. Takes full responsibility for the team, providing leadership, support, training, direction and recruiting /developing staff. Develop employees through coaching and leading by example.
11. Establish relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) for all departments and monitor performance against those targets.
12. Assesses and analyzes the business environment to identify business opportunities and pinpoint problem areas for improvement.
13. Monitors competitor activity, ensuring that the appropriate response is formulated and implemented where necessary and all relevant competitor information is disseminated within the company.
14. Designs and implements the one year business plan and market strategy.
15. Closely monitors the market evolution as well as the results and the market share.
16. Provides reliable market data and timely identifies market / business opportunities and risks.
17. Designs the most cost-effective market coverage scheme ( own sales force and alternative channels) .
18. Defines individual objectives for each team member and ensures each member achieves them.
19. Professionalizes the sales process and implements the necessary tools to manage the sales force and to transform leads into firm orders.
20. Reports to and coordinates with the LM on a monthly and quarterly basis.
21. Has full authority to sat and determine sales discounts with end users as well as dealers, in keeping with agreed policies or as agreed with the LM.

The Successful Applicant
We are looking for candidate with:
1, Bachelor's degree in a related field
2, Great spoken and written in English
3, 10 years progressive experience in key leadership/management roles with a few years in a manufacturing facility. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in international pump industry.
4, Ability to lead a diverse team to work together and accomplish company target.
5, Ability to analyze situations and provide solutions within tight time constraints.
6, Demonstrated strong leadership, team building and advanced coaching skills.
7, Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
8, Good financial skills to ensure all effective finance processes are in place.
9, Highly motivated and results oriented
10, Main working place Guangzhou, China.
