About Our Client
My client is a chemical distribution company with the revenue around $10.3 billion in 2013.
With the specialty of in-depth understanding of the products and also strong technical and market knowledge set the tone for the company to be one of the leader in the chemical industry.
To manage the existing product / Suppliers and new product development as designed plan, differentiated channel product assortment integration to Lubes & MWF industry needs, and specialty channels and stage product offerings to maximize sales revenue and healthy profit.
*be responsible for existing supplier relationship management, including performance reports development, existing product category utilization, improvement and merchandising etc.
*set up the corresponding product development plans to make differentiated approach
*Take share responsibility to sales / profit target to lubricant segment business,
The Successful Applicant
Candidate needs to have strong product development and project management, commercial experience in Lubricant industry.
*experienced with Lubes & MWF's raw materials & additives, formulation and applications, developing trend
*good understanding to Lubricant business /Customer and market development trend
*ability to driving the plan implementation to be successful profitable sales.
*fluent English and great communication,
*have a systemic thinking, logical and creative; show the creative suggestions at work, can also organize planning, execution and the evaluation of the detailed works
*good presentation skills
*ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills
*possess a work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality.
