About Our Client
Our client is one of the Global Food & Beverage MNCs with excellent working environment, standard training and socially responsible practices.
Your mainly working responsibilities are legal drafting (contracts, documents, company letters, standard files and agreements) for internal departments and JV Partnership Projects, and Chinese Law and Regulations advising. You should not only draft, review and propose modifications to commercial agreements and legal documents, but also negotiate the same with counter-parties. You will draft standard contract and train of relevant departments. You have to advise on the disputes of contracts, franchising, intellectual property rights, including regulations and trademark issues. You have to interact with Franchisees, JV Partners and work in close collaboration with Marketing, Franchising, IT, Supply Chain departments.
The Successful Applicant
They are looking for the potential candidate who received Bachelor of Law and passed the National Judicial Examination. You need to have more than 4 years of work experiences in a reputable Chinese law as Practising Lawyer (mainly practising in commercial law and IP law). Good command of Chinese commercial laws and regulations are essential. You should have good understanding of Intellectual Property Rights laws and regulations as well as brand protection issues. You have to good at MS Office applications, fluent in Mandarin and good command of written and spoken English. You need to have a good communication skill and you are willing to work with your teammates. You should have strong legal sense and good business sense and ability to manage many demands concurrently.
