About Our Client
Est. in 2005, offering a comprehensive range of training courses to the employees.
-Support the development and help in driving the Talent Management strategy, Coach leaders and HR partners within the region, helping to build a Talent Management mindset and agenda
-Managing training delivery operations to ensures that the delivery of training curriculum is cost effective, consistent, efficient, and meets or exceeds customer expectations
-Responsible for driving and launching the performance appraisal management system which includes talent review to ensure the people and skill inventory are in the place to cope with the business needs in China
-Coordinate with vendors, internal training teams and manage the effectiveness of learning solutions
-Assist in developing and monitoring L&D policies, procedures and budgets
The Successful Applicant
-Relevant experience in delivering management skills training, especially leadership and business skills in large organisations.
-Excellent presentation and facilitation skills in English and Chinese.
-Proven track record in delivering training programmes in PRC/HK.
-Experience in office or training centre management (e.g. budgeting, staff management, training administration, etc)
-Understands How to Communicate difficult/Sensitive Information Tactfully
