1.Manage the Sales Department's internal & external training issues, design the training process framework and conduct it. Review the content and quality of the sales training materials. Build the sales training team; make sure the training is effective to support the business development.
2.- Design the Sales Department training framework;
3.- Compose and review the sales training materials：Compose and review the internal and external training materials, including new products, sales standard Q&A, sales general knowledge and the other multi-media contents. ;
4.- Organize the Sales training seminar：Schedule the internal and external training plan, monitor the progress and collect the feedback for analyzing to improve the work;
5.- Define the financial specialist's grade：According to the training result and effect in work, defining the financial specialist's grade, to improve its professional abilities and enhance the co-operation will;
6.- Cross-department training：Organize the internal cross-department sales knowledge training within the company, and the sales-related knowledge training from other departments and follow the effects;
7.- Expanding the multi training channels：Expanding all kinds of effective training channels following the industrial practice, making the training effects to be shown in the business performance.
The Successful Applicant
1.University Degree and above;
2.At least 7 years relevant training experiences with 3+ year's managerial experiences in a multinational environment;
3.Ability of strong influence and presentation skill; A good communicator;
4.Ability of dealing with multiple tasks at one time and working under pressure;
5.Quick and appropriate response and flexibility to deal with urgent cases;
6.Strong leadership and people developing skill;
7.Self-organized with strong sense of planning;
8.Self-initiative, independent and passionate;
9.Proficient in both written and oral English.
