About Our Client
Our client is the market leader in chemical industry, now it has grown to be a national innovative enterprise with RMB 11 billion of total assets, more than 10,000 employees and high annual production capacity.
Conduct research and advise the business in talent development tools to develop and retain our people;
Develop various learning & development initiatives for our people across China;
Execute the training strategy and monitor progress to ensure added values to the individual participants;
Manage and liaise with external vendors and institutes to facilitate achievement of individual learning objectives;
Manage L&D team members in managing and delivering their programme portfolio;
Deliver advanced level train-the-trainer programmes to local and regional training managers;
Manage and implement a range of senior level events / conferences / programmes across China.
The Successful Applicant
Above 10 year's relevant experience in learning and development;
Experience in designing and managing senior level management development;
Strong analytical and data management ability;
Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels and to lead a team;
Excellent organization and project management skills;
Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English and Chinese.
