1.Coordinate the resource within the company and automotive network to grow customers' profit by different projects, managing current clients and projects as well as develop new customers
2.Responsible for customers' sales volume, on-time delivery, service and other project follow ups
3.Lead key account team to set and achieve sales target as well as formulate sales strategy and implementation
4.Coordinate with internal teams to achieve customers' project
5.Make market investigation and analysis, including competitors, market trend, technology trend, etc.
6.Assist Sales Director to develop Sales & Marketing long-term strategy and implementation plans to further expand business in China
The Successful Applicant
1. 5+ years of working experience in industrial sales and certain sales management skill in automotive industry with new business development and key account management experience
2. Bachelor Degree or above
3. Good knowledge of automotive tier1 or tier2 products supplying to tier1 or OEM clients. Metal product/raw material application in automotive industry preferred
4. Able to perform under pressure in a fast growing company and industry
5. Open, honest and proactive; Highly motivated, able to take the initiative, capable of working independently
6. Strong management skill and a good team leader
7. Good inter-personal and communication skills with fluent English
