About Our Client

Strategy Development: Maintain up-to-date awareness of industry trends, technical development, market activities and industry intelligence in construction, property, land, environment etc.
Account Planning: Based upon a full understanding of the key accounts' needs and the strategic challenges in the market that will determine success, develop and present local key account plans to senior management. Demonstrate understanding of how account plans fit into the market environment and drive sustainable value.
Relationship Management: Develop, maintain and secure high level contacts within local government and develop them into a true business partnership; Build strategic relationship and cooperation with related local professional bodies, like universities, associations, institutions etc.
The Successful Applicant
*Minimum 5 years' experience of face-to-face B2B business development or sales experience preferably in a membership or professional body.
*Proven track record of successful account management and client development.
*Good command of English
