About Our Client
Global top 10 logistic company, come from USA.
1. Customer relationship management , maintenance, cultivation;
2. Determine the "fit" with company's strength and biz strategies
3. Evaluate the worth of responsible customer and the cost of doing biz with;
4. Identify and drive for CIP, establish long term service improvement initiatives;
5. Lead in problem solving, Act as the " Owner" of the biz to drive results and contribute to the growth and expansion of the biz.
Scope and Accountability权限范围和责任
1. P&L Owner for responsible customers;
2. Owner of budget and forecast (MOM/ EOM );
3. AR (DSO) accountable;
4. Contract management, review and renewal for responsible customers;
5. Regular customervisit, attend monthly customer biz review meeting, follow through corrective actions if any;
6. Monthly Deck review with management.
The Successful Applicant
1. Experience in logistics company is preferred;
2. Be familiar with the operation process and basic skills of customer communication;
3. Hold an associate degree or above.

2. Strongly-developed analytical and conceptual skills, as well as financial skills;
3. Strong appreciation and passion for project management;
4. Ability to think logically with much attention to details;
5. Ability to work in an ambiguous, evolving and dynamic environment;
6. High energy, action-oriented mgr. unquestioned integrity and ethics;
7. Biz acumen to seek out and exploregreater revenue and higher margins from customers.
1. Above 3 years working experience in large or medium-sized logistics company;
2. Excellent communication skill;
3. Good ability of understanding, communication and coordination with relative internal functions;
4. Well-behaved, outgoing personality, hard-working, have a strongsense of responsibility and team spirit;
5. High degree of professional dedication, strong ability of study and able to work under pressure.
