About Our Client

Being considered to be the industry's premier office furniture company within the region, it aims to provide inspiring workplace solutions that blend global design trends with local tastes and preferences.
The position will be based in Shanghai and reports directly to China GM in Shanghai. The responsibility includes but is not limited to:
*The primary role of the position is to keep, increase, and penetrate revenue from assigned existing accounts and new key accounts in China.
*The position should independently develop an annual sales plan to serve existing and develop new key accounts in China. This sales plan should also describe the full range of customer support and engagement activities with the account.
*Manage projects with existing and new key account customers. This will include coordination with key constituents such as PM, A&D, dealers, and project management partners to ensure flawless execution. Closely work with KA leadership to analyze customer segments, product portfolio, pricing, terms and conditions before recommending the optimal offering for target sectors and arranging sales to capture profitable market share.
*Develop customized product solutions by working closely with purchasing and product engineering to identify and qualify OEM sourced products.
*Collaborate with KA sales leadership internally to establish an optimal use of existing resources.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate would be in his/her mid 30s to mid 40s with strong ability to learn and grow. He/she should also have unquestionable integrity and is dedicated to the principles of developing a strong collaborative team; more importantly, he/she should demonstrate strong business acumen and prove effective working with existing and potential clients. He/she should also have a well-rounded personality.
The candidate should display strong commercial acumen, in terms of leveraging customer insights to maximize sales and profits on a sustained basis.
