Maintain a good communication and relationship with user group and IT team with issue management skills
Develop an understanding of the configuration for assigned functional area(s)
Identify business problems and opportunities in context of requirements for the project
Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
Eager to learn process & systems and drive to solve problems and perform root-cause analysis
Comfortable developing innovative approaches and charting a course of action in ambiguous situations
Gathers and documents requirements for the business enhancements projects, focusing on supply chain areas(Forecasting, Manufacturing, Procurement, Purchasing, Logistics etc) areas
Comfortable meeting with business users (in person / remotely) to document requirements, process flows, and present findings to a variety of stakeholders.
Researches new system functions or capabilities, and trains others on key benefits, setup required, and constraints of new functionality
Uses data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within areas of expertise
Provides explanations to others on topics within areas of expertise and acts as a SME on process / business needs to testers, developers and peers
Act as a liaison between business and system analyst, other IT system owners, software developers and project management groups
Works with other system groups to acquire required data, interfaces to support the business needs
Authors and executes system tests to assure that new modifications/functionalities meet requirements and anticipated benefits
Learning & Development
Proactively learn new business processes and technologies in advance of their implementation and adoption at company
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
- Deep market knowledge and experience in building the reimbursement process and in building up a network of relationships on a global level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with users, team members and management.
Demonstrated ability to lead a team and form liaisons with other groups in order to achieve team objectives.
Experiences of using or implementing SCM system, preferably JDA system of Demand Planning, Supply Planning and S&OP.
Good Knowledge of SCM, business processes & solutions
Good knowledge about Database & Pl/SQL
Good Knowledge about ERP (e.g. SAP..)
Ability to work well with both technical and business teams.
Dedication to producing quality work and completing tasks within specified time frames.
Strong organization and time management skills required
