About Our Client
Our client is a well-established global company, the management does invest on Information Management and IT.
Own Request management process across information services, standardizing, automating and transitioning all individual user IT request management procedures into Service Desk utilizing better scale for lower cost, higher quality and better performance.
The job holder is taking the global lead on request management (both applications and infrastructure)
The Successful Applicant
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience
*ITIL certification would be desirable
*3-4 years experience managing a team delivering operations/service
*Successful experience in people and team management.
*Good understanding of IT technology and IT support processes
*Good project management skills
*Ability to lead activities and teams within a global organisation
*Strong English language skills both verbal and written
