IT Project Manager/Scrum Master
- PMP/PRINCE2 certification is required
- Knowledge in PMP/PRINCE2/SDLC/RBPM/CMMi is desired

*To define project estimation, project plan for agreed project scope with IT stakeholders
*To drive project progress throughout the project lifecycle from project initiation till project closure
*To manage project risks and issue by proactive risk identification & mitigation and driving proper actions for issue resolution
*To facilitate communication between project stakeholder, management and project sponsor.
*To manage and/or functionally lead project team to achieve a good working environment for project delivery
*To provide consultancy to business to arrive at a IT solution to meet the business demand with support by Business Analysis
*To drive continual improvement through lesson learnt review, institutionalization and adoption of best practices, methodology and tools for project management.
The Successful Applicant
*10+ year IT related Experience with solid knowledge on project development or maintenance
*Good communication, influencing and presentation, and inter-personal skills is must
*Fluency in spoken and written English is must
*Experience and knowledge in IT project management is required
*Proactive, self-motivated, open-minded and able to work as part of a global working environment
*Able to be working under high pressure
*Knowledge in Agile is required
*Knowledge in PMP/PRINCE2/SDLC/RBPM/CMMi is desired, PMP/PRINCE2 certification is required
*Experience on Banking is a strong advantage
