About Our Client
A fast growing Wine retailer company with aggressive expansion in China right now.
Overall responsibility for day to day operations:
Ensure all IT infrastructure in the back office and stores is always functional and people can work as efficient as possible together with IT Support assistant. This includes
-Network management: Ensure wired and wireless networks in our offices and stores are always running stable and with normal speed, internet access is always available in back office and stores, VPN connection to back office is always working for authorized users
-Fileserver management: Ensure data security and that files are always accessible via back office network including access management.
-E-mail account management: Ensure e-mail infrastructure is available to all employees at all times
-Telephone infrastructure management: Ensure telephone infrastructure is always running, including hotline and direct numbers
-End user support & troubleshooting for back office and stores, includes software installation, HW/SW configuration fixes, etc.
-Ensuring all store POS systems are ordered and set up on time and delivered to stores timely.
-Management of external vendors for 3P solutions (e-mail, cloud computing, ERP/website/etc. development,...)`
-ERP user management & 1L support
-Responsible for basic IT education in company
-Identify problem areas that inhibit growth / regularly cause problems and propose solutions to head of IT
-Ensuring CCTV system is always up and running and accessible
General IT Project management:
Plan and implement any kind of IT projects in coordination with head of IT through all stages from research to planning to development, testing, and implementation to controlling including vendor managmeent for topics including:
-Online learning solutions
-CRM system implementation
-Manage and supervise IT Support Assistant(s)
-Define, manage and improve workflows within IT team to ensure a fair and manageable workload
-Provide training, guidance and support and set professional development plans to assist employees to reach their full potential
The Successful Applicant
Good communication skills in English, fluent in reading and writing in Chinese
Customer Oriented thinking and attitude
Big interest and well versed in all kinds of technology
Experience in network-, server- and end user hardware management
Experience in managing IT projects
