Manager/ Senior Manager with expert level proficiency with CRM, database marketing, loyalty program, and exceptional quantitative skills (data mining, SQL, etc.) to develop data/ CRM solution roadmap to drive customer loyalty and actionable business insight.
The Successful Applicant
? Formulate CRM and Data Analytics solution including but not limited to DMP and CRM as well as Inights and Analytics to enable personalized, omni-channel customer experience and insights.
? Collaborate with Business insight and Marketing to develop marketing insights analytics and modeling technology
? Thought leader with deep expertise to enable business value through data service platform.
? Serve as SME for marketing data and analytics technology platform including (Data Management Platform, CRM)
? University degree or above
? Proven experience in CRM and Analytics roles, with expertise driving business outcomes by identifying and operationalizing data.
? Solid technical background with hands on experience in data/ CRM technologies
? Exposure to big data/ big data architecture
? Strong vendor management and project management skills
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
