About Our Client
Our client is the famous leading fruit and dairy products
Lead the industrial channel sales team (currently 3 regional industrial sales managers) with formulated sales policies and guidelines.
Prepare and execute the yearly sales plan, managing and monitoring the sales incentives target, setting up new targets.
Sales channels development, managing and maintaining good relationships with customers.
Organizes and generate the sales data for making suggestions in business improvement.
Work closely with R&D and technical team to develop new products by undertaking continuous analysis of competitive environment; gathering market insights.
Other assigned work.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years B2B sales experiences in FMCG, food industrial preferred.
Great communication and presentation skills, result-driven, team spirit, and initiative with "can-do" attitude.
Strong business acumen, problem solving and analytical skills.
Fluent in spoken and written English and/or French.
Bachelor degree or above, major in food related studies or in sales management.
Food R&D background is plus.
Can travel frequently and in short notices.
