About Our Client
Our client is a foreign company manufacturing electronics/electrical products with its sizeable factories and offices all over the world. Now they are looking for a IE&ME manager to join their operation in Shenzhen.
Reporting to Plant Manager, you need to handle case improvement and coordinate with other functions (including production, new product development, planning, finance, and HR, etc). You need to implement process improvement to ensure efficiency. And you will drive cost reduction working with team, and provide solutions when necessary. And you must can work under high pressure, as company is making changes through global leadership.
The Successful Applicant
With bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, you should have at least 5 years IE (cost sensitive and project management) experience, 4 years ABP flow experience and 3 years ME working experience. You should have solid cost analysis capability. And you should have BOM management knowledge and fixture design knowledge. Teamwork, leadership and people management skills are required. Good command of English communication skills are required.
