About Our Client
One world leading multinational trading company, global provider of products, services, and solutions to industrial and commercial users of electronic components and enterprise computing solutions.
Business oriented, through all HR functions supporting business unit's health growth. Main job content will maintain but not limited as:
Recruitment - base on BU's real needs, hands on all recruitment process;
Compensation & Benefits - Coordinate with COE team to implement salary adjustment or other compensation plans;
Performance Management - Performance process control, involve performance appraisal;
Training Facilitation - implement training program, focus on the ROI of training program;
Talent Development - Coordinate with CEO team to implement talent development program;
Employee Engagement - Employee relationship, ER events, CSR events
The Successful Applicant
Relevant working experience;
Extensive HR BP experience or working as HR generalist with business support oriented;
Strong communication skills;
Coaching skill preferred.
