Ensure all HR policies and processes are aligned with the company's direction and local laws / regulations, adapted to local culture and bench marked with the market's best practices
Adopt a proactive approach to the company change and response effectively in the role of HR Manager to the dynamic business environment
Solve people issues collaboratively with other departments and encourage a partnership working environment with their department heads
Enhance the service standard of the department by delivering a full spectrum of quality HR services. Build a service and business oriented team with good customer satisfaction
Maintain good relationship or network with local government, HR community and consultants
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or any related field
Over seven years of experience in human resources in a Generalist role, with increasing supervisory responsibilities
Thorough knowledge of laws & industry practices affecting human resources administration
Demonstrated management and organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including English and country-specific language
Demonstrated analytically skills
Operates from a service-oriented attitude
A proven team player, a 'motivator'
