About Our Client
Our client is a tier 1 manufacture industry vender with global fortune business all over the world; Currently their business operation site in Nanjing is looking for a HRBP.
Assist country HR head to drive & lead annual HR cycle plan implementation.
Oversees HR policy, procedures, programs and compliance of the China operations.
Associate development and human capital plan implementation (talent planning, organization structure development)

Counsels Managers and Associates regarding the intent, application, and compliance requirements of significant labor and regulatory laws
Developing and implementing talent plans; monitoring workforce planning processes; acquiring key talent; creating and ensuring implementation of action plans for diversity initiatives; analyzing talent management data; providing recommendations regarding talent strengths and development needs; engaging resources to address talent gaps and overseeing performance management processes and initiatives.
Performs Talent Reviews and risk assessments to identify, reward and retain high performers.
Gathering internal and external perspectives, trends, and other data specific to geographic area; creating potential initiatives; integrating business strategies with both global and divisional goals; aligning resources; executing plans; and monitoring region performance against plans.
Performs investigations of open doors and harassment claims to include making judgments on actions and coaching process
Compliance with varied country specific and complex HR, legal, and tax regulations.
Assume additional responsibilities and special projects as needed or directed
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor/ University degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
-3+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR overall management/business operation positions years of related experience.
-Excellent command in both written and spoken English and local language
-Well versed in local labor laws and employment regulations and practices
-Mature, approachable, and excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
-Strong ability to manage change
-A well-organized individual who can work under pressure with good business sense and judgment
-Strong interpersonal, supervisory and team building skills.
-Think and act strategically through creating initiatives aligned with company and division strategy
-Developing and maintaining collaborative and cooperative relationships
-High ability to influence at more senior levels to ensure governance and compliance of People decisions. Negotiate and influence on a daily basis, with confidence and humility.
