Working closely with Business GM, provide strategic HR guidance for business and play as a key person of China HR team.
Manage the entire employee life cycle, including performance management, compensation and benefits, employment relations, etc.
Work according to the priorities of the talent strategy set by the APAC or regional management and collaborate with our global centers.
Help to the development of the overall HR function by sharing best practices, sharing knowledge, and contributing to or lead APAC HR projects.
Actively formulate, develop, and implement results on key organizational issues for the region including process improvement, change management, leadership development, strategic staffing, succession planning, retention strategy policy and procedure creation and application, and organizational design.
Drive and implement talent management initiatives in the region and assists teams with their People strategies.
The Successful Applicant
Progressively increasing responsibility in the HR field working in an international, dynamic, and fast-changing environment.
Experience leading HR activities in Greater China.
Good business acumen.
Thorough knowledge of compliance and employment relations.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills including influencing, coaching, facilitation, and conflict resolution.
Experience in key HR areas like compensation and benefits, training and development, organizational development, recruitment and performance management.
Detail-oriented; ability to work strategically and conceptually.
