About Our Client

Develops and implements human resources functions strategy (Recruitment, Training & Development, C&B, Employee relationship) in a large plant operation.
Coordinates with functional managers in planning and implementing human resources policies and procedures.
Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs.
Prepares and controls overall human resources budgets.
Manages the administration and employee relations functions.
Interacts with external consultants and government agencies.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidate need to have minimum 12 years of HR experience in a multinational manufacturing company. He/she needs to have solid HR operational experience in big plant and also has the capability to formalize HR strategy based on the business plan.
