About Our Client
Our client is the landmark European manufacturing company, they have very successful business in mainland China.
Responsible for counseling and advising management and employees
Understand the business and strategically build the organisation capability
Provides counsel to senior management regarding established personnel practices, progressive discipline, policy, and employment laws
Administers the roll-out of corporate HR programs through regular communication with the HR team including safety initiatives, benefits, etc
Ensures compliance with all employment and labor laws and governmental compliance requirements
Work with global and regional team to roll out global HR programs
Remains current on laws and regulations
The Successful Applicant
University degree in Human Resources Management or related field
More than 10 years' relevant experience in the multinational companies
Strategic planning, organizational development and consulting skills and experience to serve as a trusted advisor to the Asian HR team and major business segment leaders
Experience in the major functions of HR to include compensation, training, employment, employee relations, salary planning, safety, etc.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build relationship and influence employees at all levels
Fluency in English and Mandarin required
