About Our Client

-Develop effective recruitment processes to attract high caliber candidates.
-Building strong pipeline of industry talents
-Develop consultative relationships with business stakeholders
-Conduct telephone interviews and 1st round interview
-Filter and select suitable candidates
-Manage recruitment related reports on regular data analysis
-Ensure that managers adopt best selection methods to recruit candidates and that they are in line with employment legislation
-Manage the onboarding procedure in effective way to support new hire assimilation program
-Be part of a key member in the regional Talent Acquisition team to roll-out best in class processes and recruitment programs.
The Successful Applicant
-Bachelor degree or above, major in human resource management or related
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment with multinational company , headhunter experience. Experience within the accounting industry would be a plus
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work with people at all level of organization
-Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in fast-paced and constantly changing environment
-Excellent interview and assessment skills
-Self-driven, motivated and possess a positive attitude
Able to work with a high degree of ambiguity
Expert knowledge of recruitment, focusing on digital and social media resources
Attention to details while able to maintain a broad overview of things.
-Good presentation skills in both English and Chinese
