About Our Client

1.Oversee a full range of HR and administrative functions and activities.
2.Play a key and strategic role in formulating, implementing and monitoring all HR/Admin policies and procedures.
3.Assess quality of organizational health accurately. Maintain positive employee relations climate by effectively anticipating, coaching, counseling and resolving employee concerns, complaints and questions.
4.Partner effectively with General Manager. Proactively challenge and influence managers to help achieve optimum balance between business demands and human needs.
5.Recruit, evaluate, select and retain high performing employees for positions at all organizational levels. Responsible for recruitment, selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee services and industrial relations.
The Successful Applicant
-Minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource Managerial position in foreign invested enterprise of manufacturing.
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, HR professionalism in dealing with all kinds of matters.
-Problem solving skills and flexibility, data analysis and logical methodology is required
-Pleasant and approachable personality and sound integrity
-Strong analytical capability on total compensation and benefits elements
