About Our Client

Recruitment Policy Development and Talent Acquisition
Develop recruitment strategies by providing functional insight and market intelligence in automobile industry
Enrich recruitment channels, improve recruitment effectiveness and cost efficiency
Build pipeline of candidates and maintain relationship with qualified candidates. Work closely with HR Colleagues to establish/maintain talent pool that provides internal sourcing capability
Take initiatives to communicate with hiring managers about the hiring status, provide complete and transparent analysis of hiring status.
Provide sharing/training to hiring managers regarding recruitment policy/program, recruitment practice, talent market analysis etc.
Recruitment Events and Projects
The Successful Applicant
University degree, prefer legal major.
More than 6 years' experience in HR field and at least 4 years solid experience in HR recruitment function
Hard working, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
Proactive and result oriented
Good communication skill and strong influential skills
Fluent English and Chinese in both writing and speaking
