About Our Client
Our Client is the market leader in Oil&Gas industry with a fast growing business in China. They have a newly created HR Director openings to take the lead the HR team of China.
Responsible for the Strategic and Operational HR for China business.
Take lead further develop retention and talent management strategy in corporation.
Co-operation with CEO, development People Plan through identification of business needs and supporting the design of people processes, development and reward and recognition solutions.
Support delivery of organizational change initiatives e.g. implementation of new structures, ways of working, changes to reward and benefit policies and skills development.
Support recruitment, selection and induction by providing monitoring progress, compliance and effectiveness, advising on improvements to practices where necessary.
Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and local employment legislation.
Handle employee relations and labor laws in China
The Successful Applicant
University degree, prefer HR major.
At least 10 years HR experience within a Oil&Gas, manufacturing related industries.
Regular exposure to and influencing senior business stakeholders including management teams.
Proven track record of working with business leaders to drive and manage change to improve business performance
Good knowledge of Chinese labor laws & immigrations
Creative, ambitious - able to inspire and motive others.
