About Our Client
Our client is the Nonprofit Organizations; they aimed to helping the people who need better professional opportunities in their countries.
Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction
Establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives.
Take a leadership role in developing a culture and positive environment that enables employees to perform in accordance to organization's objectives.
Supervise and provide consultation to management on strategic staffing plans, recruitment, compensation, benefits, training and development, budget, and labor relations.
Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals and values.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree with Human Resources degree is preferred.
At least 10 years' HR working experience within 3 years' HR management role.
Strong HR management with experience of coaching, L&D, talent management and performance management as the head of human resource department.
Have been exposed to an entrepreneurial culture, implementing new ideas and bringing innovative solutions for the business.
Self-starter with good cooperation and teamwork.
