About Our Client
Our client is a global company employing more than 5000 associates and is the largest manufacturer in new energy industry with significant market share.
Coordinates with functional managers in planning and implementing human resources policies and procedures.
Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of human resources programs.
Prepares and controls overall human resources budgets.
Manages the administration and employee relations functions.
Interacts with external consultants and government agencies.
The Successful Applicant
Ideal candidate need to have minimum 15 years of HR experience in a multinational manufacturing company. He/she needs to have solid HR operational experience in big plant and also has the capability to formalize HR strategy based on the business plan. Strong command of English and Mandarin will be required.
