About Our Client
Client is a well established MNC business specialise in gift card and prepay card sector and a true market leader in the region. The business provides prepaid card solutions for retailers in China. The company focuses on prepaid card processing and direct and third party distribution businesses. It offers prepaid gift cards, prepaid membership cards, rechargeable cards, and coupon redemption solutions. The company serves food and beverage chains, convenience stores, luxury retailers, and virtual content providers.
You will work with a business leader where you will have the opportunity to create differences in business results and contribute to growth and productivity of rapidly expanding organisations. You will be driver for the overall effective and smooth running, as the HR Business Partner for particular functions
You will have a team of HR Managers who will support you in achieving the missions for each brand or function. You will work closely with those organisations' leaders and leverage the support and obtain guidance from the HR Centre of Excellence to ensure that every need is met and handled in a timely manner so that the organisation's operation is supported at all times, ahead of time, and running smoothly to support the rapid expansion of each organisation.
You will have the challenge of dealing with many different business requirements and departments to achieve the results of your role.
Your performance will be measured on the basis of organizational performance, leadership excellence, employee engagement, staff retention and overall execution of people strategies.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree and above
High level of professional competence, 8+ years HR professional experience in multinational company, especially in managing commercial functions, FMCG and high-tech industry preferred
Strategic Positioner - Can evaluate both the external and internal business contexts and translate those evaluations into practical insights that help position the organization to be successful
Credible Activist - Achieve the trust and respect within the organisation to be viewed as valued and valuable partners
Measuring and contributing to success on the outcome and impact of HR programs and services on business delivery, rather than only their implementation
Embracing mind set which centres on contributing to the success of the business rather than bringing expertise to critique and control activity
*Analytics designer and interpreter - Being able to use HR analytic to impact decision making
