1、Responsible for the store budget formulation and the key performance indicators including sales, gross margin, operation costs and profits, lost of goods, inventory, etc.
2、Plan the implement the target management of direct reports, inspecting and supervising the work of manager at all levels, coordinating the relationship between internal departments, evaluation and assessment of the subordinates.
3、Be responsible to monitor the products, inventory management, category display, daily stock checking, sanitation and financial management.
4、Be in charge of the personal management including the team building, training, guiding and bringing up the potential subordinates.
5、Supervise every department of store to complete the Management by Objectives.
6、Deal with all emergencies in daily operation and customer complaints.
7、Be responsible to carry out the sales promotion and sales readjustment plan issued by headquarter and make feedbacks in time.
8、Supervise the property management and security of equipments, facility and inventory that employees are able to correctly use and maintain by training, in order to improve the efficiency of the equipment, cut costs, and implement energy-saving measures.
9、Be responsible to reasonably execute the company personnel management authority of staff recruitment, employee transferring, promotion, rewards and punishments, etc.
10、Make regular reports to the management supervisor about the results of Key Operations Indicators and the status of store operations.
The Successful Applicant
1、 Associate's degree and above, 5+years for retailing management experience，and 2+ years experience for the same position.
2、Good oral English. No mandarin required, will arrange a translator for English native speaker. Understandings of the evolution and development trends of retailing, including the high-end supermarket;
3、A rich experience in retailing management and operation; Strong ability of data analysis and acuminous marketing insight;
4、A rich knowledge of commodity imports and retail-related laws;
5、Good communication skills, organizing skills and astute judgment;
6、The ability to be in charge of the personnel management;
7、Be a leader who has the ability to deal with the daily affairs and carry out the management objectives of the store; be responsible for the supervision and guidance of the store.
