About Our Client

Due to the new business in Asia, they has opened their office in Shanghai and Shenzhen. With the great profit and high technology, my client is in one of the leading position in power solution area.
The role will be taking care of the whole sales responsibility of Great China, including mainland China and TW. The detail of the role as below:
-Drives profitable product and service revenue growth
-Manages and leads local Sales teams
-Architects and manages the channel strategy in Greater China.
-Develops competitive strategies to increase sales
-Establishes, implements, and communicates monthly, quarterly, and annual Greater China business forecasts and objectives
-Develops, maintains, and continuously improves management systems that ensure the awareness and successful deployment of corporate objectives into local/regional annual objectives, tactics, and measures
-Helps to guide country-specific pricing and positioning strategies of each product line, leading to the optimum combination of revenues and margin
-Supports staff in developing relationships with key customers and focusing on quality services and products
-Assists with development, planning, and implementation of corporate goals
-Directs individual employees towards successful employment, promotions, and training
- Communicates all pertinent procedural, developmental, and fiscal information to management in a timely, accurate, and professional manner
- Communicates regional market intelligence, driving key shifts in industry direction
-Supports staff to ensure the availability and use of effective tools in achieving optimal performance
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will have a strong leadership, Minimum of 5 years sales team management for a multi-national U.S. based company ), including responsibility for goal setting, contract negotiation, marketing, pricing, proposal generation, strategic planning, office management, and order processing
Extensive experience/connections in FPD industrial is essential. Additional experience in Semiconductor or industrial automation is preferred.
Experience in equipment sales and end-user pull-through business strategy
Experience in management position with emphasis on small teams; around 15 ppl.
Experience in developing channel strategies and effectively managing multiple channel partners
