About Our Client
Our client is a world known asset management company.
To contribute to the successful set up of investment operations department in Shanghai.
To set strategy and direction for the department and staff. To develop and implement operating model, process and procedures to ensure a smooth high quality services to support any new business.
To plan and supervise the daily operations of the team to ensure all tasks allocated are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
To handle daily administration of funds including investor services. To set and monitor service levels delivered by service providers to ensure they are up to standard and they meet our requirements.
To ensure departmental database is properly used and maintained.
To represent the department internally and the company externally at a senior level.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent qualifications;
Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in a fund management and fund administration environment including setting up of a new department and new products;
Minimum 5 years' managerial experience;
Solid knowledge of asset management business, investment products including private funds, QDLP and any other domestic products;
Solid knowledge in the relevant regulations;
