About Our Client

Providing leadership and strategic direction to manage the function in China - providing visionary leadership and direction to the management team for successful growth of the China function whilst building strong Global relationships
Build a highly motivated workforce - supporting talent development initiatives so as to build skills, capabilities and attributes to deliver on the cloud first and automate everything business plan.
Build organizational capability to achieve business and departmental objectives and greater effectiveness.
Line manages and supports the resource planning, training and development of staff, through input and co-operation with Functional owners and HR.
Work with global colleagues to lay down standards and continuously improving productivity measures - establishing quality standards and improving the quality processes. Taking new initiatives to enhance processes and systems in the future.
Build and manage internal and external relationships - establish and maintain effective relationships with FIL management, business leaders in other geographies. Create visibility with influencers and liaise with the opinion leaders within and outside the organization.
Promotion of a service and customer-focused attitude amongst Technology support teams
Ensure SLAs/OLAs are in place and maintained.
The Successful Applicant
Team management with experience of leading team with over 50 persons or bigger team;
Capability of influential in the cross culture and global environmen work experience is a big plus;
