About Our Client
Our client is one of the China leading investment group and this fast growing group is consistently recognized as a leader in the market.
Develop regional human resource planning models to identify competency.
Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions of China.
Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines.
Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities.
Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling.
Provide strategic and operational HR management advice to senior stakeholder.
To drive HR function with a partnership approach to deliver HR plans and objectives.
To provide leadership and guidance to the firm in addressing people related.
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR functions from MNCs including 3~5 years in talent acquisition/recruiting functions.
Good proven track record of partnering with internal customers or real customers in a complex matrix business. environment.
Background in financial or Professional Service industries is preferred.
Fluent spoken and written in English
Candidate with a MBA from a very premier school in China or abroad is highly preferred
