About Our Client
Our client is a leading Bank brand with strong presence in China and Asia Pacific, currently China is becoming a strategic center for the bank's global business and development.
*Managing the Data center and service management functions across different locations in mainland China.
*Planning & delivering reliable, resilient, cost-competitive IT services and infrastructure including initiatives like Project Guangdong II for Pearl River Delta.
*Managing IT services in line with agreed service levels.
*Ensuring strategic use of Group standard technologies and processes to create business competitiveness and direct bottom line contributions.
*Drive for consolidation of services into regional data centres.
*Management of operational risk, audit, compliance and regulators.
*Accountability for the budget and management of costs for DCSM functions in the country.
*Operating a first line of defense to ensure compliance with policies and standards.
*Be an agent for dramatic change of people, process and technology involved in Data center and service manageemnt in the country.
The Successful Applicant
*Degree holder in Information Technology or other related disciplines.
*Experience working in relevant environment, i.e. Incident Management and/or IT operations environment.
*Sensitive to business, regulatory and operational requirements.
*Build effective networks across business areas and IT functions.
*Operating and building teams across diverse cultures and geographies.
*Good leadership skills and able to provide guidance and direction to the team.
*Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills.
*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
*Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
