1.Analyze market information and assist in developing marketing strategy, promote product and manage product launch process.
2.Follow the business process of Branch CS, understand the market demands of non-agency channel.
3.Develop new channels and buildup national wide cooperation, distribute relationship to BU non-agency channel to help BU sales performance.
4.Provide technical support in some large projects and jumbo cases.
5.Work closely with GCS MNC business head to acquire MNC and pooling business in China.
6.Training and Development of non-agency channel staffs, improve staff professionalism and productivity.
The Successful Applicant
- Solid experience in group insurance
- Good English and communication skills
- Experienced in handling brokers
