About Our Client

Perform various tasks within the GL function with intermediate to expert accounting technical knowledge and exercise sensible business judgment. Example of tasks may include but not limited to:
1.Contribute and engage actively in periodic financial close process
2.Proactive engagement and highlights of complex accounting, system issues and technical accounting updates with Global Corp team and internal or external functional teams
3.Understand China logistic center operation and make sure the related transactions can be recorded properly and timely
4.Understand and reinforce the asset booking, management.
Internal Controls and Process improvement - Utilizes advanced knowledge of local accounting policies and procedures and key internal controls concepts. Has familiarity with corporate policies and procedures. Ensures such policies and procedures and controls are in place and are working effectively. Resolves non-compliance and recommends improvements. Also ensures policies and concepts are well understood throughout team.
The Successful Applicant
Technical: expertise in PRC GAAP and US GAAP
Communication/Language: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese
Management/Leadership (if applicable): Understanding of basic supervisory approaches in areas such as work direction, motivation, and disciplinary actions.
Other: SAP; good command of MS Office applications like Excel, Word and etc.
