About Our Client
Our client is an expanding F&B group in North China with multiple business operations. A new chance exists for the German/ Austria Executive Chef to join their developing team and managed the new opening project in a premium location.
Reporting to the Operations Director in North China, you will be responsible for designing and developing an attractive and fine quality a La Carte menu to attract customers and build restaurant's reputation. You will produce all the dishes in the designed menu and manage kitchen daily operation, leading a Kitchen team of 10 people. You will ensure the foods are of highest quality and best presented to the customers in the scheduled time. You will maintain high standard of kitchen hygiene and housekeeping as required by the company and government legalization. You will plan and monitor the inventory level and equipment conditions to ensure daily smooth operation. Also, you will lead, coach, motivate and manage the team to achieve the excellent performance standards.
The Successful Applicant
To qualify, you will have a minimum of 5 experience in food production, preferably in hotel or fine dinning restaurant with German cuisines experience. You will have the solid knowledge of food health, safety and hygiene compliance. You will have strong leadership, communication, multi-tasking and problem solving skill. You will be detail oriented, well-organized and self-motivated. You will demonstrate great passion in food and drive for perfection.
