About Our Client
A start-up fast growing US company, specializes in development, manufacturing and distribution of LED indoor lighting for the North American commercial market with headquarter in the Silicon Valley.
-Oversee the company operation of OEMs, supply chain system, all the R&D activity, especially supervise whole life cycle in NPI (design, testing, and certification operations ).
-Work hand in hands with multiple departments head Marketing director to implement strong processes to cope with ever changing technology and expanding more complex product line to ensure shorter and smoother product development cycles.
-Implement processes to optimize the supply chain
-Evaluate and rate all vendors with quarterly review
-Ensure efficient coordination with oversea team in all product related activities
-Responsible for the implementation of company wide ERP system and customize software and process.
The Successful Applicant
-3 years' work experience in a General Manager or Operations Manager role in China.
-Must has/had LED Lighting industry background.
-Has Experience in NPI of LED lighting industry.
-Independent, resourceful and full of initiatives
-Good understanding of IT tools available to run an efficient business
-Business degree or Engineering degree
-Fluent in English and Mandarin a must
