*Building up and implementing a strategic and business division related system that is effective in China region to recognize new market developments in good time;
*Management of the controllers in development / production and purchasing controlling as well as the coordination of related activities with sales and companies support the targets with the overall corporate group;
*Implementation of deviation analysis and initiation of measures for improvement for a positive influence on the future operating result.
*Controllership of the investment program for the business division, including the evaluation of mergers and acquisitions and large-scale investments;
*Evaluation of new projects on the basis of corporate strategy
*Carrying out special analysis e.g. Make or Buy decisions, Joint Ventures...
*Advising the local/regional management in their approach to reach the financial targets (identify risks, derive recommendations for improvement measures)
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in application, you must have working experience both in China and international market. Native English communication is a must. Meanwhile, you will be required of at least 10 years of finance controllership working experience with sound knowledge of automotive related industry knowledge. Excel, PowerPoint skills are also highly required. Track record of leadership and management over multiple plants are also highly expected.
