About Our Client
One of the world's largest retailer, operating more
than 2,000 stores (Home Depot, EXPO, and other subsidiary
companies) across North America in the US, Canada, and
Mexico. The company targets the do-it-yourself and professional
markets with a broad product assortment (about 40,000 to
50,000 items, including lumber, floor and wall coverings,
plumbing, gardening supplies, tools, paint, and even appliances).
The company also runs more than 50 EXPO Design Center
stores (showrooms featuring bath, kitchen, and lighting
Interacts with cross-functional US leadership team and Managing Director in business growth strategies
Ensures local and global financial compliance.
Conducts financial planning and forecasting for the functional area.
Develops KPIs and other appropriate metrics to assess business performance.
Partners with managing director to identify and implement action plans.
Conducts Pro-Forma Financial Analysis.
Take lead of the vendor financial assessment enhancement
Develops and executes SG&A controls
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as required, e.g. the macro economy of the regions in which the organization
carries out sourcing activities in
Identifies process improvement opportunities to drive productivity and support growth initiatives.
Provide cross functional team supports, in initiatives such as BOM Database coordination, Value Engineering
financial data collection and interpretation, optimization of the THD payment term awareness and bank coordination, etc.

Drive the systems knowledge development within the Asia Sourcing Organization
Accountable for the management of the Finance team through subordinate supervisors/managers including
selection, termination, performance appraisal and professional development of subordinates.
The Successful Applicant
Big 4 working experience.
Bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in Finance field or related to the job.
13 years related experiences of financial planning and analysis with ＞5 years experiences on people manager role.
Proficiency with MS Office
A combination of financial consultant background, audit firm, and corporate experiences preferred
Investment banking experience is a plus
MBA is a plus
Past experience with global sourcing organization is a plus
